Order Confirmation: If you do not receive a confirmation of your order within 24 hours, please e-mail or call to make sure your order was received.

Please place orders 3 days before pick up/delivery date. Large orders may require additional time.

Freshness: Since we do not use preservatives, be sure to pick up your cookies as close to when you'll need them as you can. Cookies are best when eaten within a 3-5 day period of time.

Delivery may be available for large events.

Shipping: All packages being shipped will be sent out on Monday's UPS unless otherwise arranged. Call or e-mail for the shipping rates to your destination.

When shipping in summer months or to a hot climate, packages must be insulated to ensure the product arrives in good condition. This slightly increases shipping rates.

Cash, checks and PayPal are accepted for payment.
(Customers do not need their own PayPal account to pay with PayPal.)
